STAVANGER, were you or your family there?

From Rogaland, Norway, geared with hope and fueled by economic hardship, men, women, and children navigated their way across an unforgiving ocean, to an open grassland prairie. With only a promise of possibilities, they created a new life in the middle of what would become the State of North Dakota.
